Naree, who became nationally known after opening Thai Food 1 in Nuremberg, has been the owner of Thai Food 2 restaurants in Nuremberg and Erlangen since 2002. Naree stands for food like in Thailand, a concept and flavour experience that has been winning over many regulars and new customers for 20 years.
In 2000, she opened Thai Food 1, which she sold to a compatriot four years later. Thai Food 2 in Brettergartenstrasse followed in 2002, Thai Food 2 in Bärenschanzstrasse in 2008 and Thai Food 2 Erlangen in Weiße Herzstrasse in 2011. Naree learnt to cook from her mother while cooking for her extended family, who live in the countryside near Bangkok. In the meantime, she and her team of Thai speciality chefs, who cook to your specifications, have been enriching the Nuremberg, Fürth and Erlangen area for around a decade. Her cuisine attaches great importance to authenticity, freshness and variety of flavours. Only the best and freshest ingredients from Thailand and the region are used to prepare the dishes in the open show kitchen – it goes without saying that no artificial flavour enhancers are used.
At Thai Food 2, she is served by a well-coordinated team that fulfils all aspects of Naree’s demand for Thai hospitality and quality.
